Messaging on the APP and WEBSITE

Once you publish the trip to your clients, they will receive an email invite that includes their own app credentials.
 
Once they've downloaded the app and plugged in their app credentials, they can explore the app. Once inside a specific trip, they can go to the bottom menu and see the MESSAGES section.
 
They can send you a message but will need data or wifi.
 
You can reply via the email notification that you receive, the messages section within the itinerary on the AXUS website, or the messages section in the app if you are using it as well.
 
The name, date and time stamp will be displayed along with the message.

 

VIEW FROM THE APP:

 

If a message is sent accidentally, only the advisor can delete it within the messages section on the AXUS website.
