When I login to the mobile app, it says "invalid credentials." However, I am using the same credentials when logging into the AXUS website. What is the issue?

To view itineraries on your mobile app, you will add yourself as a traveler via the "Add Traveler" section right above your itinerary's BOOKINGS. Click "+ Add Travelers/Staff" and stay under the Assign tab to add an existing profile for yourself. If you do not have an existing traveler profile, click "+ Add Travelers/Staff" and go over to the Create tab to create a new traveler profile. Add first name, last name, email address, and save.
