Advisor Contact Inside Mobile App

Your traveler is able to call or email you with one click of a button. This feature is available inside their specific itinerary on the mobile app.

 

Go to your name in the top right corner of your account on the Axus Website.

Select PROFILE.

Go to the YOU section and click the "Display Profile in Mobile Apps" box.

Continue to edit the YOU section of your profile.

 

You can add a BIO, ADDRESS, and WEBSITE.

Upload a PROFILE IMAGE of yourself. The preferred dimensions are 360 x 360 pixels. 

Other fields that will appear on the Contact tab on the traveler's app: Your name, Phone number, and Email Address.

The DEFAULT FEATURED CONTACT is the person who first created the itinerary.

If a tour operator creates an itinerary, the default contact is that tour operator.

If a travel advisor creates an itinerary, the default contact is that travel advisor.

 

The FEATURED CONTACT of an itinerary will be the contact that appears on the mobile app of the itinerary. 

 

To change the Featured Contact, click on the GEAR ICON in the title box of a specific itinerary.

Scroll down to FEATURED CONTACT AND COLORING FOR WEB AND PDF.

Select your contact

Click the SAVE ITINERARY button.

Travelers are able to view Advisor Contact Information once they’ve clicked inside a specific itinerary. 

An icon will appear.

It is possible for every itinerary to have different contact information.

 

If you want to disable this feature, uncheck the "Display Profile in Mobile Apps" box in the YOU section under your profile.
