How Travelers Can Download and Share Their Itinerary on iOS Phones

Travelers can download a PDF version of the itinerary directly from the app so they can share a copy with friends and family, and view it anytime. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to download and share a copy of the itinerary on IOS devices.

How to Generate and Share a PDF version

1. Navigate to the day-to-day itinerary for your Traveler in the app.
2. Open the itinerary menu in the top right corner and select Webview Version.
   
   
3. The Webview version will open in your phone's browser. Tap Download to create the PDF.
   
   
   
   
4. The PDF will open. Select the "Share" button in the bottom menu.
5. From there, you can share the PDF link with friends and family via text, email, or other apps, or save a copy of the itinerary to view offline in your downloaded FILES application.
