The Axus Travel App was designed specifically for your travelers and isn’t built to handle many current and future trips simultaneously. Having too many itineraries in the app can impact its performance. (this is not an issue for your travelers as the app can manage the load of the 2, 3, 4, 5 current and future itineraries they may have PUBLISHED)

The number of itineraries that can be loaded at the same time depends on several factors. When the app gets overloaded, new itineraries might not load, and opening existing ones could cause it to crash.

Best Practices for Advisors

To keep the app running smoothly, we recommend that advisors only add themselves as Staff Travelers to trips that are currently traveling.

What to Do If the App Is Crashing

If the app is crashing or failing to load itineraries, it's likely overloaded. To resolve this, advisors should unload the app by removing themselves as travelers from all current and future published itineraries. After that, refresh the app to clear out the excess data.

Once the app has been reset, advisors can re-add themselves only to trips that are currently traveling, or to just a few upcoming ones if needed.
