How to Find an Axus Crash Report on iOS (iPhone or iPad)

If the Axus Travel App crashes on your iPhone or iPad, you can help us investigate by sending the crash report. Here's how to find it:

Steps to Locate the Crash Report

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Tap Privacy & Security
   
   

3. Scroll down and select Analytics & Improvements
   
   

4. Tap Analytics Data
   
   

5. You'll see a long list of log files. Look for entries that begin with "Axus" and contain the date and time of the issue.

   

6. Tap the relevant crash log to open it.

7. Tap the Share icon (top-right corner).
   

8. Send the file to your advisor, or directly to support@axustravelapp.com.
