The Historical Matches feature helps agents quickly retrieve previously entered booking details by pulling data from past bookings made by the agent or others in the same organization. While this can be a useful convenience, it is not a structured way to manage the organization’s content. For a more controlled, team-centric approach, we recommend using the Organization Library, which allows your team to store and manage commonly used bookings more dependably.
Historical Matches vs. Organization Library
Historical Matches are limited by a time frame: they only display bookings that have been used in the last three years. In contrast, Library items always appear in the dropdown list, regardless of when they were last used. This makes maintaining an organized Library a more effective, long-term solution for your team’s content management.
You can disable Historical Matches at the organization level, ensuring that only Library items appear in search results.
