Why don’t my clients see the updates in their mobile app?

If your clients do not see updated information in their mobile app, we recommend the following: 

1) Refreshing the app - To refresh the mobile app, simply pull down on the main screen (where the logo and itineraries appear) and release. A spinning wheel will show at the top of the screen. 

Once completed all updated components and new itinerary information will appear.

2) Updating their phone's software version - travelers will want to be sure their mobile phone is updated to it's latest version. They will also want to double check that there are no pending/ outstanding updates for the mobile app in their Google Play or App Store.
