How can I change the App Credentials on my mobile app? (IOS and Android)

For IOS phones, click on the "gear" icon via your main itineraries section of the app:

Under SETTINGS you can manually switch between different App Credentials (UserID or Email and Passcode) in order to view different traveler profiles and itineraries. Click the back arrow in the top left corner to apply. A REFRESH of the app is required to then pull through the updated information. 

For Android phones, you will want to follow the below instructions: 

1) Head to your phone's main SETTINGS App

2) Click Apps

3) Click on the name of your App

4) Click Storage 

5) Select the "Clear Data" button

Once complete, head back to your app. You will be prompted to enter your new App Credentials.
