Should I make itinerary or booking updates in AXUS, ClientBase or both?

The ClientBase sync allows information to flow in a single direction: from ClientBase into AXUS. In order to be most efficient, you should make all updates to ResCards in ClientBase and then allow them to import to AXUS in the next available sync.

Please note that updates to the res card are synced into AXUS for all UPCOMING ResCards. The ResCard's Trip Start Date field must be in the future in order for the sync to continuously pull information into AXUS.

Please note that any changes made in ClientBase will overwrite the information in the corresponding AXUS field with the next sync. **See article below on how to stop the ClientBase Import

The one exception to this syncing rule is that if you change the name of your ResCard or the ResCard's trip start and end date fields, it will not be updated in AXUS. ResCard/ Itinerary names and ResCard/ Itinerary level dates should be manually updated in both platforms.
