What happens to an itinerary in the app after the traveler returns from his or her trip?

Ambrose Bittner Showing the date on the reply would be helpful to know if its recent or outdated information. For example, it's 3 days past my clients trip and their images shows on their itinerary. The title of the itinerary is greyed out.
However, I notice that in the "View Past Trips" this same trip shows, but when I click it, it opens the itinerary in the web browswer, not the app. Why would that be?
