Why didn’t the itinerary photo I selected appear in the app?

All photos uploaded to AXUS Travel App must be in the jpg, png or gif format.

If using a URL address, make sure the address has the suffix ".jpg" or ".png" or ".gif". If you are unsure, use "Save As" to place the image into a photo file and then select the ".jpg" suffix before saving. Saved photos can then be uploaded directly from your computer.
