Multi-Image Feature: Enhancing Your Itineraries and Bookings with Multiple Images

Enhancing your itineraries with multiple images can create a more engaging experience for your clients. This guide will walk you through the steps to add multiple images to your bookings and itinerary settings, ensuring they appear correctly in the Webview and mobile app.

In this guide you will learn how to:

• Add multiple images to your itineraries and bookings

Steps to Add Multiple Images

  1. Adding the First Image
Start by creating or editing a booking within your itinerary. To add or change the itinerary's main image, go to the itinerary settings. Add your first image, then save your changes. You can return later to add more images.

  3. Viewing Images in the Web View
After adding multiple images, save your changes and check the Webview of your itinerary. You will see the image carousel by clicking the small arrows on both sides of the image.WebViewmulti.gif

Important Notes

  1. Image 1 is the main image that will appear on the PDF version of your itinerary and in the mobile app for that specific booking.
  2. Any additional images will only appear in the Webview and Mobile App.

Common Issues and Solutions

  1. Depending on the background of the chosen image, the carousel arrows may be difficult to see, but they remain fully functional. Hovering over them will change the mouse cursor to indicate they are clickable.
  2. If saving multiple images at once takes too long, try saving one image at a time.
  3. The multi-image feature is only available in the App and Webview versions. On the PDF, only the main image (Image 1) will be displayed. If you want to show multiple images in the PDF, you can:
    • Create a collage using an external image editor.
    • Add a series of "Other/Notes" bookings that contain only images (no title or text). This will create a sequence of images in the PDF.
