The AXUS Builder is charged per import. This page explains how that works, what a typical import costs, and how to buy credits.
On this page:
1. How charging works
Your account holds a balance of credits. Each import draws that balance down.
Credits are $0.0105 each, with a minimum option to purchase 500 ($5.25).
2. What imports typically cost
The most common use of the tool is loading a long supplier PDF into AXUS. A document of 25 pages or more runs 100 to 125 credits.
A little over a dollar.
3. What moves the cost
What makes an import cost more
Page count, not trip complexity. A dense 40-page document costs more than a simple one because there is more to parse.
Repeat sends. Each one is charged in full.
The Describe input method: it costs the most because it uses web search and generative AI to fill in the blanks. The more detail you put in, the less it has to look up, and the less it costs.
What brings it down
Cut the pages that are not the itinerary. Long supplier PDFs often open with ten pages of terms and company background. Removing those pages, or pasting only the itinerary section, is the single easiest way to bring an import down.
Paste instead of uploading, when you can. Pasting the itinerary text is consistently the cheapest way in. Uploading is the right choice when the layout matters or the document is the only form you have.
Work in batches. Pushing several itineraries in a shorter space of time costs less than the same work spread out across the day.
4. Buying credits
Credits are purchased at https://www.axus-builder.ai/buy-credits.
Choose one of the set amounts, or enter your own. The minimum purchase is 500 credits, which is $5.25. The total is shown before you pay.
Payment is by card. Your invoice is available to download from your transaction history.
5. If you run out mid-import
The import you are running still finishes. The account is then locked until you top up, and topping up unlocks it straight away.
