Axus now partners with Faye Insurance. Axus advisors now have the option to insert their own unique Faye link directly onto the itinerary or even email to selected travelers. The unique link ties back to the travel advisor insuring that any traveler policy purchases tie back to the agent. The feature also allows the agent to provide a policy code that will pull in the policy URL onto the itinerary for easy access.
As part of the process you will need to provide your Faye unique link and also your individual Axus code, please see below for information on where to locate these items inside of your Faye login.
How to locate your Faye Unique Link
Registered with Faye? Log-in to your Faye Advisor Account, advisors.withfaye.com and retrieve your link by clicking the purple square icon on the right side of your dashboard (next to the large purple, Create a quote button). From there, copy your trackable link to send clients a quote.
From the client's perspective, the link is fully interactive. Clients can edit their total trip cost, select add-ons, and securely enter payment information to purchase the policy. All purchases made through your unique link are tied to the advisor's account for commission.

How to locate your AXUS Key
Log-in to your Faye Advisor Account, advisors.withfaye.com and retrieve your Axus Key by clicking your name in the top left-hand corner to view your profile details. A pop-up window will appear on the right side of your dashboard. From there, click the rectangular box labeled, Copy your Axus key. Then, copy this key into the relevant field in your Axus platform to verify.
Please note: to successfully import a Faye policy into Axus, the policy must be generated using the account that matches this unique Axus Key.
