The Multi Delete feature lets you remove several documents at once from a trip’s Supporting Documents section or from your Library. Instead of deleting files one by one, you can check the boxes next to multiple documents and delete them in a single action — saving time when cleaning up or reorganizing a trip.
Deleting Documents from a Trip
Use these steps when you want to remove supporting documents directly from an individual trip itinerary.
Step 1 — Open the Trip
Navigate to the trip you want to edit. In the example shown, this is the Switzerland itinerary.
Step 2 — Go to Supporting Documents
Scroll down within the trip to the Supporting Documents section. You will see a list of all documents currently attached to the trip, along with action icons to the right of each document name.
Step 3 — Select the Documents to Delete
Click the checkbox on the far right of each document row you want to delete. Selected rows are highlighted and the checkbox turns pink to confirm your selection. You can tick as many documents as needed.
Step 4 — Open Selected Actions
Once you have made your selections, click the Selected Actions dropdown button near the top-right of the Supporting Documents section.
Step 5 — Click Delete
The dropdown reveals a Delete option. Click it to remove all selected documents from the trip. The page refreshes immediately and shows only the remaining documents.
Deleting Documents from the Library
You can also use Multi Delete from the central Library to remove documents stored in your organisation’s document collection.
Step 1 — Go to Library > Documents
From the top navigation bar, click Library. On the Library page, click Documents to open the full list of documents in your organisation’s library.
Step 2 — Filter if Needed
Use the Filter Documents panel to search by document name, or check Show Only My Documents to narrow the list. Click Apply to run the filter, or Clear to reset it.
Step 3 — Select the Documents to Delete
Click the checkbox on the right of each document row you wish to delete. Checked boxes turn pink to confirm they are selected. You can select multiple documents across the list.
Step 4 — Open Selected Actions and Delete
Click the Selected Actions dropdown at the top of the document list and choose Delete. The selected documents will be permanently removed from the Library.
Reminders:
- Deletion is permanent. Deleted documents cannot be recovered. Double-check your selection before clicking Delete.
- Supported file types: The Library accepts .pdf, .jpg, .png, and .gif files up to 10 MB each.
- Trip vs. Library: Deleting a document from a trip’s Supporting Documents section removes it from that trip only. Deleting from the Library removes it from your entire organization’s document collection.
- Selected Actions works in other sections too, such as the Bookings view, where it supports additional bulk operations.
