The Customize "Itinerary for" field allows you to customize the text that appears below the itinerary title for travelers.
This field is useful when you want to display specific information instead of the travelers' full names.
How the Customize "Itinerary for" field Field Works
The Customize "Itinerary for" field on PDF and Web View field is available inside the Edit Itinerary menu.
When the field is left blank, Axus will automatically display the full names of all travelers attached to the itinerary.
When you enter custom text in this field, that text will replace the traveler names and appear directly below the itinerary title for travelers.
Where Travelers See This
The Itinerary For text is visible to travelers in the Web View, and PDF versions of the itinerary. It appears directly below the itinerary title.
Important Notes
Staff Traveler names are not shown in the Itinerary For field when it is left blank. Because of this, there is no need to customize the field if your goal is to remove your name or a colleague’s name.
You can update this field at any time, and the change will reflect immediately for travelers.
