This multi-select option allows you to select multiple bookings items to delete, hide from the traveler, or hide from the table of contents of the itinerary. Each itinerary has a checkmark field that you can click on to include multiple items.

Hide From Traveler View

To hide multiple booking items from the traveler, you can checkmark each item and then navigate to the button at the top called [Selected Actions]. Clicking on the button displays a drop-down menu that enables you to click [Hide From Traveler View] to hide it from being seen by the traveler. Typical use cases involve having to draft booking items but not having the details finalized to where the traveler can find them useful. Another premise could involve having to toggle booking item visibility depending on the traveler's preferences on initial proposal discussions.

When the booking item is hidden from the traveler, you can see an indication by the mceclip3.pngicon that displays next to the title of the booking item. To enable the visibility of a booking item for the traveler, you will need to click on the ellipsis  mceclip4.png menu on each booking item and select [Unhide From Traveler View].

This option allows you to hide multiple booking items from being visible on the table of contents found in the Web View and PDF version of the itinerary. In this example, we would want Pre Travel items to be hidden in the Table of Contents section of the Web View and PDF itineraries.
