Managing Itineraries with Advisor View – AXUS Travel App

AXUS advisors can now quickly access all their clients' Current and Future Published Itineraries directly from their phones or Desktop using an optimized web link. This eliminates the need to manually add yourself as a traveler to each itinerary, making it easier to manage trips on the go.

In this guide you will learn how to:

• Navigate Advisor View on mobile (iOS and Android).

• Add the link as an app icon on your mobile home screen.

How to navigate your Advisor View (iOS and Android)

From Advisor View, you can:

Open an itinerary – Tap the itinerary name to view it in the mobile web format.
Edit an itinerary – Tap the edit icon to make changes.
View messages – Tap the message icon to access itinerary-related messages.

Finding Advisor View Link and Saving It as an App Icon

Accessing Advisor View on Your Phone

Open your phone’s web browser and go to https://www.axustravelapp.com.
Log in using your AXUS website credentials.
Select the first tab: Advisor View.
You will now see your Advisor View page.

Adding Advisor View to Your Home Screen

For quick access, you can save the link to your home screen so it functions like an app:

Advisor View isn’t available in your account – If you don’t see Advisor View, reach out to us at support@axustravelapp.com, and we’ll activate it for you.
