You may upload .pdf, .jpg, .png, and .gif files smaller than 10MB.
- Make sure that your document is saved on your computer before you upload. If it is still attached to an email, save it to your computer first.
- If you only have an email confirmation, start the process as though you are going to print the email. Instead of printing, save as PDF. Then upload.
If the document is too large (over 10 MB,) you can use one of the following resources or something similar to compress the PDF.
