Note: AXUS is best optimized for Google Chrome. For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome whenever possible.
Step 1: Open Axus in Incognito Mode
- In Chrome, click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select "New Incognito Window".
- Go to axustravelapp.com and log in as usual.
Step 2: Check the Performance
If the site loads normally in incognito mode, the issue is likely related to your browser setup.
What Could Be Causing It?
The issue could be related to your browser setup. A browser extension might be interfering with how AXUS loads, or your browser cache could be outdated or corrupted, which can affect performance.
How to Resolve It
- Temporarily disable any extensions, especially ad blockers or security tools.
- Clear cached data by going to your browser’s settings and selecting Privacy > Delete Browsing Data> Cached images and files.
