According to Travelive, when inside your AXUS account, you need to use your Travelive portal credentials on the import window. Those credentials aren't the ones you use to login to Axus, but they are the credentials to Travelive Agent Portal.
Travelive needs to mark your itinerary as Axus-Ready for it to be able to be imported in AXUS. Also on bottom right, check to see if it is marked like this. If not, inquire with your Travelive contact.
Here are the exact steps you can follow to import in AXUS your Travelive itineraries:
1. Login to AXUS using your AXUS credentials (email + password)
(Travelive is prohibited from logging in to your AXUS profile)
2. Go to Itineraries
3. Click Import
4. Go to Import tab
5. Select Vendor = Travelive
6. Booking Reference = ABCD123456
7. Travelive Portal Agent Login
8. Travelive Portal Agent Password
9. Click Import
