You have the option to make your client's traveler profile TRAVELER LITE.
This is for clients who are attached to several past trips that may be preventing future itineraries from showing up. TRAVELER LITE will ensure that their future itineraries populate.

WHAT IS TRAVELER LITE?
Similar to Staff Traveler, if your client's profile is marked as TRAVELER LITE, they will not see past itineraries on the mobile app. An itinerary will automatically be removed from the app once it becomes a past/archived trip.
This will help free space on the app for future itineraries.
However, your client's name WILL STILL APPEAR in the "Itinerary For" field in the EDIT ITINERARY BOX.
WHY YOU SHOULD ADD YOUR CLIENT AS TRAVELER LITE
AXUS stores the itinerary data directly on the phone.
At a certain point (every phone is different along with the size of each itinerary), this will slow down the performance of the app causing trips not to load or for messages not to pull through. This is due to the load of the past itineraries.
To prevent this from occurring, AXUS has introduced the "TRAVELER LITE" concept which suppresses any past itineraries assigned to your client's traveler profile from pulling through to their app. Instead, it allocates all of their device's bandwidth to pull up and store any current and future itineraries that you assigned to them.
EXPERIENCING ISSUES?
If your client is experiencing an issue pulling up itineraries that you assigned to them, simply mark your client's traveler profile as "TRAVELER LITE" as seen below.
Keep in mind that you will still be able to view your client's past itineraries inside your AXUS website login.
HOW TO ADD YOUR CLIENT AS TRAVELER LITE
Staff Traveler and the Regular Traveler profiles will appear in one section with Staff Traveler profiles in front. When you click inside a Regular Traveler box, you'll be able to see if it is marked as TRAVELER LITE.
Finding a Traveler on their Itinerary
Find your client's TRAVELER BOX on the title box of their itinerary
Check the TRAVELER LITE box below in the pop up
Click the SAVE TRAVELER button
Finding a Traveler from Traveler Menu
Go to TRAVELERS in the top menu
Select the first letter of the client's last name
Find your client's profile and go to the far right
Click on the GEAR icon to Edit Traveler
Check the TRAVELER LITE box below in the pop up
Click the SAVE TRAVELER button
UPDATE: PAST TRIPS AS WEB VIEW LINKS
In a short time, the "TRAVELER LITE" feature will allow your client to access all of their past itineraries via the updated mobile WEB VIEW format. This data is not stored on their phone, keeping the bandwidth directed to their future itineraries.
