Navigating the AXUS Home Page

Welcome to the AXUS Home Page—your command center for itinerary management, flight updates, tasks, analytics, and more. This guide will walk you through the key features available on your Home Page, ensuring you can quickly find and act on important information.

In this guide, you will learn how to:

1. Track flight updates and schedule changes
2. Use the itinerary calendar for departures and returns
3. Manage tasks efficiently
4. Analyze and export itinerary data
5. Update profile and billing

1. Flight Updates: Stay Informed on Schedule Changes

If you see a red airplane icon next to an itinerary name on your Home Page, it means AXUS has detected a flight schedule change. Clicking on it will take you to the affected itinerary, where you can locate the air booking with the same red airplane icon next to it.

How It Works:

  • Six days before departure, AXUS cross-references flight details in your itineraries with the Global Flight Database (powered by Flightstats).
  • If a schedule change is detected, AXUS does not automatically update the itinerary. Instead:
    • You’ll see a red airplane next to the affected air booking.
    • Clicking it will show you the updated flight time.
    • You can accept or decline the change.
  • This process repeats daily until departure to ensure you always have the latest information.
  • Within 24 hours of departure, AXUS will send these updates directly to travelers via the app.

2. Itinerary Calendar: Quickly Track Departures & Returns

Use the calendar view on your Home Page to quickly track client departures and returns.

How to Use It:

  • Green dots indicate departing itineraries (trips starting that day).
  • Red dots indicate returning itineraries (trips ending that day).
  • Click a dot to see the specific itinerary and jump directly into it.

This feature is perfect for quickly checking who is traveling without having to open each itinerary manually.

3. Task Manager: Organize & Complete Your Tasks

Your Home Page also features Today’s Tasks, which highlights any tasks for the day.

Managing Your Tasks:

  • Tasks are linked to specific itineraries and appear on the Home Page only if they are due that day.
  • Click the task bubble to view all pending tasks (past, present, and future).

Tasks can be:

  • Created and edited directly within an itinerary.
  • Assigned to team members or collaborators (including third-party DMCs or agencies).
  • Completed or removed to keep your workflow organized.

4. Analytics: View & Export Your Itinerary Data

The Analytics tab provides a structured way to analyze itinerary data in a spreadsheet-style.

Key Features:

  • Sort itineraries by start date, end date, status, currency, or internal pricing.
  • Jump directly into an itinerary for updates.
  • Preview the web view of an itinerary for quality control.
  • View all travelers associated with your itineraries and check whether they’ve downloaded the AXUS app.
  • Export traveler information as a CSV file for external use.
