Task Manager: Creating Itinerary Reminders

Create Reminders

To set individual reminders on an itinerary, click on the Itineraries tab found at the top in your navigation area.

Once you see the itinerary you would like to add a task to, click on the TASK MANAGER icon in the ITINERARY TITLE BOX located between the GEAR icon and the WEB VIEW icon.

-Go to the CREATE tab.

-Add a title.

-Select a REMINDER DATE.

-Add notes if applicable.

-Click the CREATE REMINDER Button.

Repeat the process again to add more reminders.

-Click on the TASK MANAGER icon.

-Add a title, reminder date, and notes (optional).

-Click the CREATE REMINDER button below.

Select the VIEW ALL tab to see all reminders you've created for your itinerary.

Edit/Complete/Delete Reminders

From the itinerary reminder screen you can:

-EDIT a reminder.

-COMPLETE a reminder.

-X out a reminder to delete it.

Here you'll see that "Call Client: Millie Rogers" was COMPLETED.

"Publish Itinerary: Eating Through France" was DELETED (X).

 

The following still need to be completed:

"Add first restaurant menu to itinerary."

"Reserve first restaurant in France."

 


 

View All Reminders

If you would like to view all your reminders across all itineraries...

Go to the HOME PAGE.

On the right side of the page, next to "Today's Tasks," click on the number.

You'll be taken to a "List of all Reminders" pop-up.
