Why Won't My Itinerary Publish?

If you are unable to publish your itinerary, please review the following:

 

Have you added at least ONE BOOKING to the booking section of the Axus platform?

Perhaps, you want your travelers to view their documents on the app, but you haven't created any booking components in the itinerary.

Create a booking prompting them to complete this action.

This could be a simple OTHER/NOTES booking with "See DOCUMENTS section of app for your travel details” in the title box.

Have you added at least ONE TRAVELER in the traveler section?

After you've added these items, you should be able to publish the itinerary.
