When I login to the mobile app, it says "invalid credentials." However, I am using the same credentials when logging into the AXUS website. What is the issue?
The phone app (traveler perspective) has its own set of credentials, which will be different than what you are using to log into the agent perspective at axustravelapp.com. To view itineraries on your mobile app, you will add yourself as a traveler via the "Add Traveler" section right above your itinerary's BOOKINGS. Click "Add Travelers" + Assign to add an existing profile for yourself and if no existing traveler profile, click "Add Travelers" + Create to create a new traveler profile. 

Can I add hyperlinks to the text in the itinerary information?

Can I load my OpenTable Reservation directly into Axus?

How do I search for a specific cruise so I can create a cruise booking?
For Cruise Bookings, look up cruise names using this format: CRUISE LINE YEAR-MONTH-DAY. For example, type the following: crystal 2019-09-17

The correct cruise should pop up.

Is it possible to add a cruise using an offer ID?
Signature cruise has an offer ID. Select the Vendor import option, then Signature Cruise and then key in the offer id.
