- Complete a hard refresh on your browser.
- Log out of www.axustravelapp.com and log back in.
- Clear your cache on your browser.
PC USERS
Refresh:
Hold down the Ctrl key and press F5
Hold down Ctrl, Shift, and R
Clear Your Cache on Google Chrome:
MAC USERS
Refresh:
Hold down ⌘ Cmd, Shift, and R
Hold down Shift and click the Reload button
Clear Your Cache in Safari:
If you still do not see the icons, try opening www.axustravelapp.com using an INCOGNITO BROWSER/WINDOW
PC
Open Google Chrome. Select the three dot icon in the upper-right corner. Select New Incognito window from the drop-down menu. A new window opens, usually darker colored than normal, showing Incognito at the top right
MAC
Use Private Browsing: Choose File > New Private Window, or switch to a Safari window that's already using Private Browsing. A window that's using Private Browsing has a dark address and search field with white text.
