Navigating AXUS Travel App’s website and App is straightforward once you understand their differences and how the login processes work. This guide will help you access your account, manage credentials, and make the most of AXUS, whether you're an advisor handling itineraries or a traveler viewing trip details.
In this guide, you'll learn: • The differences between the AXUS website login and App login. |
Website Login vs. App Login
The AXUS website and App serve different purposes, and each has a unique login process:
AXUS Website Login (For Advisors):
The website is designed for travel advisors to create, manage, and publish client itineraries. Advisors can log in using their Login Email and Password.
Logging into the AXUS Website:
- Go to https://www.axustravelapp.com/login.
- Enter your Login Email and Password.
- Click Log In to access your account.
- Password issues? Reset your password at https://www.axustravelapp.com/forgot_password.
- New to AXUS? Sign up at https://www.axustravelapp.com/signup/user
AXUS App Login (For Travelers):
The mobile app is designed for travelers to access their published itineraries on the go. It requires Traveler Credentials, which are separate from the AXUS website login and are automatically generated when an advisor adds a traveler to a published itinerary.
Advisors can also access itineraries via the app but must first create a Traveler Profile for themselves.
Logging into the AXUS App:
- Download the AXUS App from your device's app store.
- Ensure you have a Traveler Profile. If not, ask your advisor to add you as a traveler to an itinerary.
- Open the App and enter your Traveler Credentials: UserID and Passcode.
- Select "Take Off!" to access your itineraries.
- Invalid credentials? Ensure you’re using the Traveler Profile login, not the AXUS website credentials.
Managing Trips: Advisor View vs. App
Advisor View:
The Advisor View is the recommended way for advisors to access and track published itineraries directly from their phones:
- Log in to the AXUS website and locate the Advisor View on your dashboard.
- Bookmark the Advisor View link on your phone’s home screen for easy access. Instructions for bookmarking are available here.
- Through Advisor View, you can see all your published itineraries without needing to create a Traveler Profile for yourself.
Axus Travel App:
If you prefer to access itineraries directly through the app:
- Add yourself as a traveler to the itineraries you manage.
- This approach allows you to view published trips in the traveler App. However, it’s best to limit the number of trips stored in the App to avoid performance issues.
- Add yourself as a traveler only a week or two before the trip to streamline your App experience.
