Internal Documents

 

You can add internal/private documents to an itinerary within the AXUS booking section on the website.

Your travelers will not be able to view these internal documents on the web view or the app.

 

Your collaborators (even from within your own AXUS org) will also not be able to view any internal documents that you add.

 

Use case example: if you have a business document from a vendor (like an invoice) that you would like to attach to an itinerary for ease of access but do not want the traveler to ever access. 

 

Go to DOCUMENTS. 

Click the UPLOAD INTERNAL button.

Upload the internal documents you want added to the itinerary.

When documents are marked like this: PRIVATE, travelers CANNOT VIEW them.

When documents are marked like this: VISIBLE TO TRAVELERS, travelers ARE ABLE TO VIEW them.
