The Concierge booking type is a great option to work with when we want to add in content revolving around a place outside of a hotel. This could be: restaurant reservations, a round of golf, setting up a high tea or an afternoon tea – anything that we’re going to search for by what we call the service provider.
The first time we add a service provider into AXUS, it will gather the information from Google.
Google matches will auto-populate with general information found in a Google location search.
When we click on a specific result, we're given images and general details about that service provider (address, phone number, website). The next step is to add traveler specific details.
AXUS will automatically pull any historical matches of data that were previously used by that agent or other agents in their organization. Simply by typing the first few letters of the name, a drop down will show any matches and auto-populate the fields with information used in previous bookings, bringing in the photo last used for the booking.
REMINDER: Ideally, you'll want to save bookings to your library and rely less on historical matches. Think of historical matches like "cookies." We can turn them off for your whole AXUS organization if requested.
