Once a collaborator has been invited to an itinerary, the initial user (i.e. the one who created the booking) is able to set controls (Lock and Unlock) to individual bookings in the itinerary.
LOCK
- The booking is in "view only" mode for any collaborators
UNLOCK
- The booking can be viewed and edited by any collaborators
Note: Bookings can ONLY be deleted by the user who created the booking. By default, all bookings are set to locked and will need to be unlocked by the booking creator to open editing access to other collaborators.
Collaborators within your own organization: If the collaborator is part of your organization (an advisor on the same agency account), they can open and edit these bookings even when the lock icon is showing. The Lock setting only limits editing for collaborators outside your organization. For those external collaborators, the booking creator needs to Unlock a booking before they can edit it.
To switch a booking from locked to unlocked, simply click on the icon.

To unlock ALL bookings at once, select the button titled "Unlock All" - which can be found to the right of your bookings section.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
If you plan to copy a collaborator's bookings into your own itinerary, you will first need to request that ALL bookings are unlocked. Bookings will remain locked when copied from one itinerary to another if not unlocked by the booking creator prior to copying.
