When joining your organization's existing AXUS account, head to your PROFILE section
From your Profile section, scroll down to Settings and uncheck the box labeled "Share itineraries and travelers with everyone in this organization"
Additionally, if you are not sharing your itineraries/travelers but other advisors and orgs are sharing them, you will still have the option to view their trips and will see their traveler profiles in the same alphabetical list. Keeping your info private does not suppress other advisors' travelers/itineraries.
Joining as a "New Organization/ Independent Contractor", automatically keeps your itineraries and travelers private. You will also have the option to use your own branding (logo and color) within your itineraries.
