Should I make itinerary or booking updates in AXUS, ClientBase or both?

The ClientBase sync allows information to flow in a single direction: from ClientBase into AXUS Travel App. In order to be most efficient, you should make all updates to ResCards in ClientBase and then allow them to import to AXUS in the next available sync.

Please note that any changes made in ClientBase will overwrite the information in the corresponding AXUS field with the next sync.

The one exception to this syncing rule is that if you change the name of your ResCard in ClientBase, it will not be updated in AXUS. ResCard and Itinerary names should be manually updated in both platforms.
