How are my itinerary remarks reflected in AXUS?

When your ClientBase ResCard is imported into an AXUS itinerary, your itinerary remarks will be displayed in AXUS as follows:

1. If a ClientBase reservation has a single service provider, the itinerary remarks for the reservation and the service provider will both be merged into the Notes field in the AXUS booking.

2. If a ClientBase reservation has multiple service providers, the itinerary remarks for the reservation as a whole will be imported as its own separate booking.

3. Any itinerary remarks you have made on an individual service provider will be reflected in the Notes field on the individual booking in your AXUS itinerary.
