How do I set up a link between AXUS Travel App and my Client Base account?

Importing all of your itineraries from Client Base to AXUS Travel App is an easy process, but requires a few steps to establish an initial connection.

The first step is to complete the following e-release form required by CB/Sabre: CB Release Form. This form gives Client Base permission to release your itineraries through a sync process and only needs to be completed once per agency.

It is important to note that in order to automatically create a match, the advisor's name in CB will need to display exactly as it does in AXUS. If it does not, the advisor will be given the opportunity to manually create the connection between accounts using a dropdown.
