AXUS supports jpg, png, and gif image formats across the app.
In general, the larger the image you upload, the better it will look on both the mobile device, web view, and the pdf. The guidelines below are for the minimum sizes required to ensure that pixelation does not occur.
Organization Logo
Your organization logo file must be at least 100px by 100px. If possible, we recommend using a square logo.
Booking and Itinerary Images
Booking and itinerary images must be at least 300px high and at least 600px wide (ideal image size - 300px high and 750px wide). We recommend adding images no greater than 1 MB
Images will automatically be cropped to fit on the PDF and in the mobile app.
