How do I attach travelers to an itinerary? (Video)

To assign a traveler to an itinerary, simply click the "Add Travelers" link underneath the itinerary name.

If the traveler already exists in your Travelers database, you can start typing their name and select from the options AXUS displays.

If the traveler does not exist in your Travelers list already, just choose the Create tab and enter their name, email address and phone (optional).

NOTE: in order for your traveler to receive the invitation to AXUS when you publish their itinerary, you must be sure they have an email address in AXUS.

You will notice that when importing itineraries from Classic or ClientBase, traveler profiles will automatically come attached to the itinerary. You will want to double check that these are not duplicate profiles and also ensure that they each have an email address associated with them.
