How do I add my agency logo and set my agency brand color? (Video)

AXUS allows you to customize your account and itinerary materials with your agency’s logo and brand colors. These branding elements appear across multiple areas, including:

• AXUS App
• PDF and WebView versions of the itineraries

• Email communications

Follow the steps below to set up your branding:

Step 1: Upload Your Agency Logo

1. Hover over your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.

2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
   

3. Scroll down to the Your Organization section, then upload your agency’s logo by selecting a file from your computer.
   

   • Accepted formats: .jpg, .png, or .gif

Step 2: Set Your Brand Color

1. In the same Your Organization section, choose your agency's primary color (Accent Color):

   • Either use the color spectrum picker

   • Or enter your exact Hex Color ID

2. If you don’t know your Hex code, you can use a tool like HTML Color Codes to find it.
