How do I send an itinerary to my traveler’s mobile device?

After you have (1) created an itinerary, (2) added bookings, and (3) assigned at least one traveler, you will be able to publish your itinerary, which will share it with your assigned travelers.

To Publish, click on the itinerary name and, once inside the itinerary, change the status from Unpublished to Published in the drop-down menu above the itinerary name. Your travelers will receive an email invitation to download the app to view their new itinerary. 

NOTE: any updates made to the itinerary after publishing will generate a push notification to your traveler's mobile device to make them aware of the change.
